Jim, Wanted to take the time to send an email regarding my water heater replacement yesterday. I have worked with several plumbers throughout the years, and I was beyond impressed with your guys that came over yesterday. They were knowledgeable and polite, and extremely efficient- I was very pleasantly surprised to have what I considered a big job to be finished in hours! Although the job was bigger than I had originally anticipated, your price was very fair, and I appreciated that your guys did not try and sell me anything additional that didn’t need to be fixed. Overall, this was the best experience I’ve ever had with a repair in my home. I’ve already recommended your company to a friend, and will continue to do so, and will use American Generations for all my plumbing needs in the future for my various homes in the area.
