I am so delighted with the attentive professionalism with which the American Plumbing staff approached our confusing problem of our heat going off in a seemingly unpredictable pattern. Since I have an ill family member, the promptness with which the staff responded to my calls, even over the New Year’s weekend, was remarkable. I appreciate that your staff did not flee in frustration, but rather stuck with the issue, with genuine concern, until it became clear how to remedy it. Your staff is not only competent, but very congenial. I am also grateful for the fairness in the billing. You will always be my go to plumbing company.

As always, since we started using your company, awesome service, two thumbs up! Your guys are so polite, helpful and efficient. The suggestion made a couple of years ago, using the netting that comes on our Thanksgiving Turkey to cover the air intake pipe for the furnace has worked great! No more leaves found in our furnace when your guys come to service the furnace, so glad we changed companies. With the company we previously had, I think my husband dreaded coming home and hearing me rant and rave about the “just don’t care” attitude of the service tech and trying to constantly sell us stuff we didn’t need. You go above and beyond, like a few years ago when you installed our new kitchen sink, added much needed shut off valves (in case of emergencies) and put in our new faucet. Had to play carpenter to get the sink in but you got it done and it was noticed that the drain pipe was cracked, who knows what kind of problems that could have created in the future! Your people always have your customers in mind. I work in customer service so I understand how important it is and how little effort it can sometimes take to make a somewhat satisfied customer into an extremely happy customer.

I had a plumbing job and went thru 11, ELEVEN plumbers trying to find one willing to do the work. I came across American and not only did they do it but they did an amazing job., Exactly on time, did the job quick but also made sure everything was working, cleaned up after the job, could not be more happy and already plan on having them do more work if you need a plumber CALL THEM NOW, best there is!

Nicest guys you could have in your home. They repaired my boiler same day so my pipes wouldn’t freeze. I think they are father and son? prices were reasonable but the trust & honesty is what I liked most. Please use me for any referrals to your customers.

We’ve never really had a plumber we can count on so we certainly appreciate your follow through. We don’t find this often in the Trades Man Industry…Returning phone calls, being here when you say you’ll be here, credit card option, etc.. You’re top notch and I know Nate thinks so too.
